Riverwalk Mills (formerly Monarch Lofts) is a 360,000 sf historic mill building along the south bank of the Merrimack River.

With a storied history as the former longest building and US soldier uniforms manufacturer, it now holds 198 luxury apartments.

The architect leveraged existing materials to create unique and dramatic living spaces. The highly sustainable project also features 14 separate geothermal wells, each 1500 feet deep, providing temperature controls to the overall building.
