The Homewood Suites project is a 130-key, 98,000 sf, 5-story extended-stay hotel conveniently located along Route 9 and the MBTA Green Line.  

The upscale all-suite hotel includes a fitness room, indoor pool, and subsurface garage. Close to surrounding neighborhoods, this hotel utilized a “skyplane” design to limit casting shadows on north-facing residences. This “skyplane” technique created a staggered terrace-like slope on the back side of the hotel, which faces the MBTA tracks.
