Candlewood Suites Braintree (now Sonesta Simply Suites) is a wood frame development with 4 stories and 133 keys. 

TOCCI has design entitlement to 3 Candlewood Suite projects; the team assisted the owner through permitting and land purchasing.  

Sister projects are in Burlington, MA and Jersey City, NJ.
