130 New Boston Street is a ground-up, 3-story, 55,000 sf Class A office building.   

Kullenberg, a leading Swedish developer, retained TOCCI as Program and Construction Manager. 

The project introduced a common Swedish concept to the region – a mixed-use Business Services and Office product. It is part of a portfolio of similar projects managed and built by TOCCI and designed by Elkus Manfredi.  

475 Winter Street (75,000 sf) is a “sister” project – both are in Waltham. 

130 New Boston Street acted as TOCCI’s headquarters before its move to 660 Main Street in Woburn, MA.
