Bringing the Element Concept to Life

TOCCI constructed this 123-key, 78,660 sf Element Hotel—one of the brand’s earliest global properties—on a shared site with the adjacent Aloft. The four-story steel and wood-frame building was delivered through full BIM coordination, allowing TOCCI to execute the prototype design with precision while maintaining alignment between two simultaneously developed hotel brands.
