The installation of the hardwood floors has been completed and we have down one coat of urethane. Next up will be floor protection, followed by painting the interior of the building. Afterward, we will begin installing the interior trim and millwork on top of the flooring. As we can see in the photos, the exterior is progressing along nicely as well. Landscaping started last week, which consists of asphalt removal to be replaced with loam and trees. Site work continues on and binder is expected in five days with curbing and sidewalks to follow.
