Currently at the 3 Journal Square project, the steel superstructure for the building is being erected and we are currently through 5 of 8 steel sequences as of Saturday the 28th. A new column footing has been poured and additional columns have been erected on the lower parking levels reinforcing the existing steel structure at the lower levels is progressing. The remaining steel sequences are being fabricated and are scheduled to be on-site for erection by mid-September. Fabrication of the cold-formed metal panel framing is being completed off-site and the panels for the 2nd floor of the building are nearly complete.
