Abbot Mill Welcomes Tenants, Construction Nearing Completion

Tocci’s general contractor work on Abbot Mill is nearing completion.
The historic Abbot mill has been transformed into 130 rental apartments. Built in 1879, to produce worsted yarn, the mill was registered on the National Register of Historic Places around 2002.
