TOCCI is currently acting as CM to renovate the first floor of Boston Medical Center’s Crosstown Building.

Adult Psychiatry

Crosstown’s 1st floor will support 38 consult rooms and 2 group therapy rooms for an Adult Psychiatry Clinic.

Pharmacy

In April 2023, Crosstown’s Pharmacy received its Certification of Occupancy and passed the Board of Pharmacy inspection.

The 3,000 sf retail pharmacy will serve the outpatient population within Crosstown. It consists of 5 retail bays and queuing space in the existing lobby.

An exciting project with unique challenges, it finished 2 weeks before the anticipated completion date. All thanks to a great effort from the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team.
