A day in the life of a Tocci employee is different for each position, but from accounting to marketing to the project managers to the VDC team we all believe in hard work. We believe that collaboration makes hard work possible and so you will often find us working around a communal table, in small and large conference rooms or other collaborative spaces. And while we hate to say what everyone else says on their corporate culture page about working hard and playing hard, we DO think that not all our collaboration has to be serious. Every Wednesday morning we gather together for a communal coffee break, once a month we have a pizza party for lunch which often becomes a lunch n’ learn with demonstrations of what each department is working on or an even just an inspirational youtube video. We also have cocktail parties and the annual Christmas party where people get a chance to spend some quality time with good food and their colleagues.
