The Tocci Building Companies are headquartered in an historic early twentieth century field stone, masonry and timber industrial building repurposed to modern office. This Woburn, MA landmark site originally served as the ceramics manufacturing arm of the renown Guastavino Tile Company. The father and son team, Raphael Guastavino y Moreno and Raphael Guastavino y Esposito, collaborated with the most influential architects of their age to design/build the elegant vaulted ceilings, spiral staircases, illustrated domes and decorative courseways that grace over 1000 buildings on the U.S. National Historic Register. The 2-story entryway to 660 main street, unusual for an industrial building, features a typical Guastavino barrel vault.
Today, 660 employees and visitors delight in a matchless and inspirational work environment that combines first class business attributes with charming century-old design detail. Tocci's office exudes both old-world warmth and new world sensibility offering a uniquely satisfying corporate habitat. |
