| Tocci built prototype becomes first green hotel brand |

For Immediate Release: April 22, 2008 Tocci Building Corporation, Woburn, MA. Just in time for Earth Day, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. announced that all the hotels in its new element brand will be green and apply for LEED certification. Tocci was given the privilege of building the prototype for element last year and as we near opening day we are thrilled that our green initiatives have helped seal the decision that all future elements will go green!
