| Connector Park |
Connector Park is a gut rehab of two 1970s buildings constructed for Wang Laboratories. The project, programmed via an owner, architect and Tocci charrette developed to maximize design ingenuity within pro forma criteria, repositioned the abandoned real estate as a Class A speculative office property. New MEP systems and demising walls maximize building performance and occupancy potential. An exterior remodel features handsome 5-story concrete and glass entryways pivoted at a 45 degree angle that animates the original utilitarian architecture. Sleek new receptionaries are fit-out with curvilinear desks, geometric panel walls and aluminum wave ceiling ornamentation.
