The EFIS and masonry structures, housing a total of 631 units, are interconnected by an elevated precast, climate-controlled walkway. One and two bedroom configurations feature full kitchens. The Phase II 48.7K SF brick-cased community building is handsomely detailed with precast architectural element. Common amenities include sky-lit visiting lounge, 300 seat theater, A/V production facility, commercial kitchen and dining common, fitness facility, shuffle board court, hobby and function rooms and marketing office. The 2-story Phase III Renaissance Gardens incorporates 28 assisted living apartments and a 104 bed skilled nursing center.
