James Boucher
James is accountable for the operations and management of ongoing projects. He partners with project executives, project managers, superintendents, APMs, and the Safety Director to develop and implement plans for scheduling, sequencing, quality control, logistics, and safety. James is responsible for motivating and guiding teams. He participates in design, reviews conditions to mitigate risk, pursues best value contracting opportunities, and strategizes for project success. He has 30 years of progressive construction experience, and extensive experience with federal, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.
