A Year “Well” Spent

2017 has been a great year for our Wellness Committee. Not only have we managed to grow in size as more employees have been interested in partaking in our initiatives, but we also have been able to engage in more health conscious and giving opportunities. Before getting too far into the new year, I wanted to reflect upon the past year of wellness here at Tocci.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a key element of a healthy life. We have made various efforts companywide to implement a healthy diet and try out new fun, yet nutritious options!

Members of the Wellness Committee have volunteered to provide homemade, healthy snacks for the rest of the office. Examples include:

We have also implemented a new healthy snack/meal vending machine that offers plenty of healthy breakfast, snack, and lunch options.
